The Fair Haven Inn has offered fine dining for 27 years. The Ieremias Family & their staff, take great pride and careful attention to service, freshness, preparation, and presentation, which has earned us a highly respected reputation throughout New England.

The Fair Haven Inn uses the "Green Mountain Fish Product Ltd" as its exclusive supplier. The buyers of GMF & P purchase only the freshest of high quality foods available in the region and around the world.

Seafood's from the Atlantic Ocean and around the globe, along with other fresh products, arrive in the Boston Markets via Air and other means of transportation, are then transported directly to our kitchen." As a full Menu Restaurant" we offer seafood's as appetizers in a variety of ways and entrees in American or Ethnic manner. Our chef's are referred to by thousands of our customers as the "Poets of Fish"

The Provimi Veal Entrees are prepared in many different ways, so are the Maine Chicken dishes, followed by our Prime Western Beef Steaks & Brochettes our Pasta & Vegetarian Selections and our world famous Lamb Recipes Lamb Chops (a favored selection of the Olympic Gods.) Souvlakia, Baked Lamb, Lamb ala Corfu, and many other dishes too many to mention offer a large selection prepared with great skill, attention, and love. Vermont Fresh Products are used in our restaurant always when available. Most of our desserts are homemade like Baklava, Glacato-bour-icto, Cakes, and some are purchased from local selected sources like cheesecakes made by the Nuns at New Skete Monastery.
